KSM Projects, founded in 2024, delivers specialist plastering and drylining services across the Southeast of England and nationwide. With over 20 years of combined experience in both commercial and residential sectors, we bring a high level of knowledge and expertise to every project we undertake.

Meet the Team
Steve Meredith
Managing Director
I oversee the commercial and financial performance of the business, including estimating, project costing, margin tracking and financial planning. My background within the plastering industry provides a practical understanding of the challenges faced on site, helping to bridge the gap between operations and commercial success.
Kane Smith
Managing Director
I have spent my career working within the plastering, drylining and interior fit-out sectors, developing extensive knowledge of project delivery and site operations. Having achieved my Level 7 NVQ in Senior Construction Management and SMSTS qualification, I now oversee the day-to-day running of our projects.
My role includes coordinating labour resources, managing site activities and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required specification. My practical experience and understanding of the industry allow me to maintain high standards across every project we undertake.
